Never miss a reorder or a dealer follow-up again.
FlowYand is a Vancouver HubSpot partner that sets up CRM for BC wholesalers and distributors. We give your reps one view of every dealer and account, remind them when customers are due to reorder, and show managers which territories and products are growing.
What we fix for distributors
Five problems we hear from BC wholesalers, and what changes once HubSpot is set up around how your reps actually sell.
Customer history in personal inboxes
When a rep leaves, the history leaves too
Every call, email, quote and order note sits on the account record, visible to the whole team.
Missed reorders
Nobody was reminded
Reorder and check-in reminders based on each account’s buying cycle, so reps call before the customer goes elsewhere.
No view by rep or territory
Where is growth actually coming from?
A dashboard shows pipeline and revenue by rep, territory and product line.
Quotes and price requests by email
No tracking, no follow-up
Every quote is tracked in a pipeline with follow-up reminders, so price requests turn into orders.
Dealer onboarding done differently every time
Steps get missed
A standard onboarding checklist runs for every new dealer, with tasks assigned automatically.

Canadian company running NetSuite
One clean customer list across ERP and CRM
Over 1,000 duplicate contacts had built up because the NetSuite–HubSpot connector was set up but never switched on. We mapped the sync rules, cleaned up recent duplicates, built segments to monitor new records after go-live, and scoped a fix for unsubscribes the native connector doesn’t sync.
Membership organization
34 contact lists into one CRM
Contacts lived in Gmail, Airtable, Mailchimp, DocSend, Cvent and Flodesk. We merged 34 exports into one deduplicated list of about 61,000 contacts, each tagged as Client or Lead, with event attendees flowing into the sales pipeline.
Questions distributors ask
Straight answers on what it does, what it costs and how long it takes.
What does a CRM do for a distributor?
The short answer
A CRM keeps every dealer, account and order conversation in one place. For distributors it gives reps the full history of each customer, reminds them when accounts are due to reorder, and shows managers pipeline by rep, territory and product line.
How much does a HubSpot setup cost for a small distributor in BC?
Pricing
Most setups for 10–50 person distributors cost CAD 2,500 to 5,000, plus HubSpot’s own subscription. We scope it in a free 20-minute review, so you know the price before anything starts.
How long does a CRM setup take?
Timeline
Most setups take 4–6 weeks: about a week to map how you sell, three to four weeks to build and test, and a training session at the end.
Can HubSpot connect to our ERP or accounting system?
Often yes
HubSpot has connectors for NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero and other common systems, and we have worked on NetSuite-to-HubSpot syncs for clients. We confirm what fits your system in the free review.
Do our reps need to be good with technology?
No
No. We set it up, train your team in plain English, and support it for 90 days. If your reps can use email, they can use HubSpot.
